12 Days of Christmas Workout

This is an AWESOME way to get in a fun workout during the holidays. Even the kids can join in on this one. We, of course, started with Day 1: A push up done perfectly. Then Day 2, Day 1 (again)….Day 3, Day 2, Day 1, etc.

Going through the entire list three times should take about 45-60 minutes. Have fun and Merry Christmas!
