Hot Mama’s


The Low Impact/ Hot Mamas class gives recruits a chance to build muscle without putting too much pressure on joints. This class is designed for those just getting started with their fitness journey and those expecting!

We developed Hot Mama’s after reading studies that show that regular exercise can better prepare you for the labor and delivery of your new baby, improve sleep and ease discomfort, and even provide expectant mamas with an energy boost. ACOG (American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) recommends exercising for at least 30 minutes a day. In some cases, exercising can actually alleviate morning sickness and make you feel better. The ultimate goal is help you bounce back to your pre-pregnancy shape sooner post-delivery.

This class is open to women in all stages of their fitness journey or pregnancy. The class is low-impact and can be modified safely for all recruits.
