Christina Landry holds national certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, Yoga, Group Fitness, and many other specialized fitness techniques designed for special population groups: senior citizens and 35+ women (pre & post menopause.) She provides a well balanced fitness and nutritional program with just the right amount of intention, guidance, understanding, and support.

Combined with a whole foods nutritional approach, Christina uses her unique fitness formula to target all body parts for weight loss, muscle gain, balance, and better body mobility.

proof that Hard work pays off…

I’m not the typical skinny-minny trainer and I’m definitely not graced with an amazing metabolism. I really, (no joke, really!!!) have to work at it everyday. My journey to becoming a fitness professional happened organically. After two pregnancies within 16 months of each other, I gained 60 pounds (Okay, 70, but I won’t admit to anything higher than that!) During that time I found a gym that would watch my babies for two hours everyday. My husband was deployed often with the military, so you better believe I was at that gym everyday…just to get a good shower in. (Real talk. LOL!)

Other times, at the gym I would try to punish myself for the poor eating choices I made the night before. It took me a while to understand that wasn’t the way. Finally, I found a fitness instructor and a personal trainer that I loved. After working with them for about a year, the weight finally started to come off. More importantly, I found my passion for exercise, and out of necessity I learned how to cook with whole foods and nutrient dense ingredients.

I changed my degree from Business to Health and Human Performance and haven’t looked back once!

I won’t lie…it’s not an easy road, but it is worth it. YOU are worth it! Let me into your life - Just give me an inch, and trust me, we’ll go miles together!
